70.522 Satin Varnish

A satin-finish acrylic varnish providing a mid-point between full gloss and flat matt. Well suited to subjects where a slight natural sheen is appropriate: maintained vehicle finishes, leather equipment, certain skin tones, and modern military subjects where a completely flat finish would appear too chalky.

About Vallejo Auxiliaries: Vallejo mediums, varnishes, and thinners are formulated to work with Vallejo acrylic paints and can be used across the Model Color, Game Color, and Model Air ranges. They allow painters to modify working properties, finish, consistency, and drying time to suit specific techniques and applications.

Technical: Apply over fully dried and cured paint. Shake well before use. Can be applied by brush or airbrush; dilute with water for airbrushing. Clean brushes with water immediately after use. 17ml dropper bottle.
