A dark, slightly greenish-grey metallic with a unique character that sets it apart from standard gunmetal paints. Widely used for NMM (Non-Metallic Metal) techniques and for realistic, slightly oxidised steel effects on worn weapons and armour. Pairs with Natural Steel as a two-step steel progression that produces convincingly realistic results.

About Model Color: Model Color is Vallejo's professional acrylic range, developed for brush painting miniatures and scale models. Water-based and highly pigmented, the colours provide excellent opacity and coverage over a primed surface. The dropper bottle dispenses paint accurately, reducing waste and making it easy to control exactly how much goes on the palette.

Technical: Water-based acrylic. Shake well before use. Thin with water or acrylic medium as required. Cleans up with water. 17ml dropper bottle.
